sorry but i broke the last digi cam,
anyway he/she was black and is now brownish/greenish/reddish with grey polkadots. white meral spots and what appears to be blueish greenish telson the color change came after one molt
im thinking n. wenn

From that description, I wouldn't even guess. However, if it is a hitch-hiker from Florida, the chances are paretty good that it is N. wennerae, N. oerstedii, or N. bredini. All could be this color. The best way to tell is to look at the telson. N. wennerae (and N. bredini) have two large blunt teeth and two shorter outer ones. N. oerstedii and N. curacaoensis have basically four teeth.

If you look at the thread named WHOOOOT, there are some photos of a N. wennerae. Look at the telson (tail). Notice that there are two blunt teeth that have have "V" between them. On either side, there is a "bump", but it really doesn't form a separate tooth. This is typical of N. wennerae and a few other species such as Gonodactylellus espinosis. In N. oerstedii and most other Neogonodactylus, these side bumps form teeth that project almost as far back as the two middle teeth. Hope this helps.

the tail appears to be shaped like that but he/she is a feisty one, lets me get only so close to the tank and then he/she zooms out of the borrow and takes a wack at the acrylic
