Well I have the 170 on my 120 gallon tank but need a new sump ..Need to ask what depth you guys keep yours at to function at it's best? 7 inch or more?

also have the 200 or 250 need to check it has been sitting for 2 years just got back into sps and getting a bigger sump for that but it won't happen till winter so will cross that bridge then unless you have one and would like to tell me what you keep yours at?

Hi, I am seriously considering the 170 for my 120 and the depth is from 9 to 10, my skimmer chambeer is 9.5. I am ordering the RLSS, waiting for it to come into this country (hopefuly this week), if not getting the 170.

ah 9 not 7 thanks need to measure make sure i have it right. you can't go wrong with these skimmer I love them period good luck
