Royal Gramma Question

My lfs is selling royal grammas for 21 dollars each, at 3". Is this a good price for adult Royal Grammas? I don't really want to shop online, and the fish all look really healthy, and tank bread. They only have 5, soI would want to put a hold on one right away if they are an okay price.
