Roy's List has been updated!

I've added a few more species to Roy's List. There are now 39 stomatopods depicted. I have seen representatives of all of these species offered for sale in the aquarium trade at some time over the past few years. Remember, some species are very color polymorphic, so they may not look exactly like those I have photographed. However, I have tried to include a list of distinguishing marks that will help you to identify your beast. If you can't identify it from the list, send me an image and I'll see what I can do. Who knows, it may be the next addition to Roy's List.

I have a new stomatopod but haven't had a good enough look to identify it let alone take a picture.

Incidentally - some of the new images are absolutely stunning. :bigeyes:

very cool! btw, have you ever thought of asking some of the forum users to give pictures of Odontodactylus cultrifer to their LFS to aid in your search?
