I know it's a bit late to the party and I don't mean to pile on but after the 2nd jump is there a reason you didn't cover the QT tank? I presume you were using 5 or 10 gallon tanks. Heck, even some paper taped over the top is better than nothing.

I did have it somewhat covered. I didn't think he would fly out a little corner that was left open.

Ah. Yeah that totally sucks. I'm sorry you had to deal with that. It's never fun. I had a fish get through a .5 inch crack in my glass. I had no idea it was even jumping before I found fish jerky one morning. It must have hit that spot just right.

yeah I'm still bent about it. I'm going to get 3 chromis and something else soon and go through the whole QT. i think the dragonet just got bumped to last fish added...I didn't think it was that hell bent on flying.
