Run Skimmer.

Should I be running my skimmer in the DT if all the fish are in QT for ich and the DT is sitting fallow? The only animals left in the display are some snails, hermits, serpent stars, cucumbers and shrimp. I will feed them very lightly if at all, so I'm not sure if the skimmer has any benefit.

I'd keep it running. The skimmer will not only remove waste but it also helps with gas exchange. No reason to turn it off in my opinion.
