running non controlled nanostreams?

I have a 75 gallon tank and want the broad flow of the small nanostreams, but I was wondering if I can hook those up to a red sea wave controller so i can at least keep them alternating. I already have a nano wavebox running.

I think the Red Sea is to fast, you have to give at least 15 minutes between off and on cycles and the pumps will chatter on start up.
