Dose anyone know where there is a video of removing the cover of rw 8,and the impeller.I thought i seen one.post if you know .Thanks

I found one on YouTube but it was in Japanese or something like that. It did however show how to disassemble. First you have to bend the fork back that the pump pivots on. just enough to remove the pump from the bracket. Then with the pump in your left hand grab the front cage with your right hand and twist it counterclockwise right at the point the pivot pins are at. It should turn about 20 degrees then the top cage will come off and give you access to the impellor.

Make sure you don't lose these orings. I lost one and so far haven't had any luck finding a replacement.

Have no clue for the o rings but generally they can be purchased @ a good hardware store or a place that sells roller chain, lubricants & machinery supplies, locally listed as "transmission supplies".

I never found the video, but just figured it out.
You have to spread apart the bracket to get the pump off the bracket. Once the pump is off the bracket, twist it counter clockwise about 1/4 turn to separate the front cage/cover from rear and you can remove and clean the impeller.
