so turns out I have a BANDED TULIP SHELL Welch that was sold to me by Petco as reef safe and algea eater and sand sifting SNAIL . Quite the opposite he's a predator and a very good one indeed almost amazed by there smarts no wonder I just lost the damzel, I've also been losing all of my clean up crew between him *the banded tulip a olive snail and the Fighting Conch, If that's even what they sold me as reef safe thats why all my Clean up crew been coming up dead 8 though the hermits were offing them self's but there was plant of food and even empty shells until in ought the tulip Welch eating my turbo. how can petco do this just wondering a LFS will say anything to sell but a big chain store maybe she did not know the difference either because they were sold to me for around 3.99 - 4.99

Cute. Well, you can put almost anything in your sump to live safely. See if you can find a dedicated lfs that knows what it is selling, and, even better, one that will help a newbie set up and give advice on compatibility. San Bernadino surely has several. Petco may be cheaper, but---no savings when it sells you a predator.
