If anyone watched the news on fox last night they saw that our animal shelters are overflowing with cats and dogs. They have been putting down more than 30 animals a day.
It honestly tore my heart out(to say the least) to hear that this is a reality of what is happening to these animals that people are not responsible enough to take care of. I guess what it boils down to is get your animals fixed!! The sad thing is that the animals being put down have no voice at all and zero input on there mortality!
They also showed the signs at the front of the shelters that read "Shelter is full if you drop your animals off there is a likelyhood that they will be put down today/sameday" !!
I am gonna try to get with omas and see if we can get a little fundraiser/donation thing going on!
