Well, it's a sad day in the Freshbrew aquarium. I came home to a dead Mimic Tang, a Dead Sailfin Tang and a dead target mandarin. Checked my levels and everything seems right. But the amonia tester I have sucks. I noticed what looked like litte bubbles all over my mimic tang the day before yesterday, but was unable to do any intervention. I lost (disppeared) my blenny on fri night/sat morning and thought it might be him, so I moved my rocks around to see if I could find him, but to no avail.
No I look at my clown and see a white oblong patch on his forhead, near one of his eyes, so I suppose he will die next. Maybe I don't have an aqua thumb.
Well trying to do some water changes, but not have much luck, my water is way to cold, have to buy some heaters tomorrow.
I just don't understand what killed the fish, the amonia levels seem like they are fine (this is the test I have trouble reading because it never has matched any of the colors on the chart they gave.) But the other tests are good, except the Ph, which has fallen from 8.2 to 7.8.....
Well thanks for letting me vent.
