Saddest night

My favorite picasso black onyx clownfish jumped out of my biocube and into the back and dried out on the tray. These biocubes are very poorly designed. :headwally: never felt this sad about loosing a fish :sad1:

This little fish brought tears to my eyes. I got him over 2 years ago. He was tiny I mean tiny. I had him in a 8 gallon biocube. I just put him into his new tank about a month ago and this is what happened. Just so sad.

sorry to hear. I lost my tail spot blenny who i found dried up on the floor. ive been searching for one for at least a year. had him maybe 2 months and then he jumped. sad because he had so much personality. it sucks because you know they were healthy and didn't die from being sick but rather simply being a fish out of water.

I've lost several flasher wrasses, another fish with lively personality, that way. You think you've covered all the possible openings, then one day they disappear, and a week later you find them on the floor five feet away under some furniture. Sense of loss along with a sense of blame

sorry to hear that. My clownfish did the same thing, but happened to jump into the heater and pump chamber so luckily lived. Took a day or 2 for me to even think to look in the back. Just thought he was under the rocks.

Sorry Jaynie.....I've found clowns on the floor in my fish room as well as wrasses...that's even AFTER I made an eggcrate cover...I now have the eggcrate covered with 1/4" clear mesh netting. It sucks !!!

Wally are you still breaking clowns?

I happen to have some 4 month old onyx babies from Walter's stock. I also have a bunch of the black ice snowflakes that I posted about a few weeks ago. If you come have a look I'm sure we can fix you up with something.

(By the way, Jaynie, I didn't mean to be rude not answering your PM of a couple of weeks ago, I needed to think about it and then completely forgot! Sorry.)
