saddleback clown fish

So my question is that i bought two saddleback and a percula and have had them in qt for 3 weeks. The tank was cycled before putting them. They have all done well and were eating strongly. Last night i noticed like a white flake in one of the saddleback's mouth. It may have been there before but i did not notice it. I fed the fish and they still were eating well. Awakening this morning i noticed the saddleback and perc have died but the other saddle back is ok and looks well. I attempted to take a picture of it. I dont think it is brook but i could be wrong. They are showing no symptoms and have no discolorations on their bodies. I was wondering if i should treat the tank for the remaining clownfish. I am leaning towards this is a mouth fungus potentially. Thanks for the help

I can't tell anything from the pic. Fungal infections fish are quite rare and are usually cotton-like. IMO, this is more likely to be bacterial.

If these 3 are going into the same tank; once the perc. clowns reach maturity and form a pair, they will not tolerate any other clowns. Almost always; one pair of one species is the rule for clownfish.

Yes it was hard to really take a picture of the thing in his mouth. I will treat the tank with a broad spectrum. Thanks

Also the one perc is going with another perc in a separate tank. The saddles will be in a tank together
