Safe bristle worm or fireworm?

Are the gills really bright red near where they go back into the body? If they are, it could be a fire worm.

It looks like a standard bristleworm to me, but I'm no expert.

Regular bristleworm, both fire and bristle are harmless in reef tanks. Just don't touch them.

Small bristle. Can multiply hugely if you overfeed, but otherwise harmless if you don't touch.
