safe suflur?

I've been reading about sulfur reacters for nitrate/phosphate reduction.So I went to lowe's and found Espoma Organic Tradtions sulfur.The label says that its 90% pure sulfur.Got on line and their site says the same as on the label.So I don't know what the other 10% is.They say they don't use any filler, sludges,or inert ingredients.
So my question is, would this be safe to use?:hmm5:

I can't say if that is suitable or not, sorry.

FWIW, sulfur reactors will not reduce phosphate at all, only nitrate.
