safely remove fish without removing rock?

In case I can't keep my angels, does anyone know any 'tricks' for removing fish without disassembing the LR in a tank. 110 gallon with nearly 300lbs of rock. What have some of you done with success?

Start feeding the fish out of the net...after about 1 week you should be able to catch any fish you want at feeding time...
