safest/easiest way to move clam?

I'm trying to change my rock work around to help with my flow, and the rock that my Crocea is on is acting like a flow parachute so I want to try to move it.

How easy would this be, or should I just leave it? It's been on this rock for a little over a year.

At least leave it on the rock. Maybe move the whole rock, but, if it doesn't like the new spot. He will detach his bysall threads and move. Which is stressful.

Dont try yanking him off that will do more harm then good.
