Sailfin Anthia losing eye

About two weeks ago I discovered my Anthia had a white oval shaped object in or on one of its eyes. I haven't been able to catch it because it would say in the rock work.

This morning it was up against the glass and I netted it out. It look like tissue from its eye is coming out. I believe it has a isopod parasite. I lost another wrasse just before this one that I believe came in with it.

What can I do to save this fish? I'm not sure if it still has the isopod.

Personally, I would treat with antibiotics in QT and hope for the best. Hope it's something bacterial in nature (and not an isopod), or at least prevent an infection from setting in if he does lose the eye. Maybe focus on saving his life over saving the eye right now?

The problem is most isopod parasites have to be removed manually; there is no medication I'm aware of to treat them. And I don't see how you can perform surgery without also destroying the eye. So, this may be a no-win scenario. :(
