Sailfin bleeny in qt tank

So my tank recently got ich... So I have my sailfin and my 6 line wrasse in there. So my question is since there's no algea in there what would be the best diet for my sailfin for the next 2 months.

Try some nori and getting some spirulina flakes or pellets. Yo can also ofer some blanched spinach.

+1 my blenny has been in in qt for more than a month along with other fish, he does eat nori and pellets.
