There are certain fish which you have to be cautious with in a reef tank, but the Sailfin Blenny should be ok. To my knowledge, most Blennies are reef-safe.

My starry and midas blennies are reef safe. I haven't read of any anecdoctal reports of blennies causing problems, in fact (except for the tribal blennies from the previous post).
Many escenius blennies, including bicolors, Linear blennies and even the tailspot blennies are fairly frequently reported to eat coral. The salarias/atrosalarias (lawnmowers/sailfins/starries) blennies are much safer.
