Sailfin with Ick

I have 2 cleaner shrimps in the tank with him and he seems to be bouncing back and forth between the two of them now. Hes starting to stay in high current areas and is breathing rather quick. I dont think catching him for a fw dip is an option with all the lr he could hide under. Hes not really liking the shrimp gettin into his gills and keeps swimming off every time one does it. Is he gonna make it or should I count on him being dead in the morning?

The fish can be saved if you're willing to intervene and treat it. Problem is that any other fish in the tank have also been exposed. Do you have a quarantine tank? I'm seeing that this tank is a 55. Shouldn't be too hard to catch a fish.

Haha, I wish it wasnt that hard to catch him. I spent about 15 minutes last night trying to. I do have a qt that all the fish go into for 3 weeks before going into the main tank. He keeps darting behind the rocks, avoiding the net and I dont want to have to tear the tank apart trying to catch him. Is there anyway to trick him into the net?
