No, I do not work there--this has been my LFS for 20 years--they're awas been good to me & the 3 brothers that own it are great guys! You might see me catching my own or someone else's fish once in a while to help out though... (They said I couldn't work there, because I'd tell every one they were too stupid to keep fish. :lol: )

Address is in my post above (sorry, just added it in). I don't think they have a lot of SPS. Mostly softies & LPS. It's not a huge store. I'd go mostly for the dry goods but you might be surprised at what corals or fish you may find there too. I know I was, when I found that 5 colored blasto colony! I'm sure htey're gonna try to get in some cool stuff. I'll try to stop by there & maybe even take some pics, before the sale.

And... this weird coral, I've never seen before:

Weird, huh? Looks like big purplish worms with bright blue specks in it. Anyone know what it is?

those are snake polyps ( Isaurus tuberculatus)

I agree with zoebeaglezoe I get those as hitchikers on zoa colonies.

I can't find anything under "snake Polyps". Got another name for them? They are about 3" long, not really like a polyp. Are they OK to keep?

I went there tonight and picked up a ton of bedding for our zoology club... Great deals were there tonight!! This same bedding costs like $27 at scotts petshop (ripoff!) and I got it for $16.99 before the sale! Even petsmart I think is cheaper than scotts petshop!

I love coral reef and I first got into the hobby with freshwater cichlids many many years ago through them!

i went the line to check out was like they had ps3 they do have the lowest prices ive ever seen the fish didnt look to good and not a big selection of corals yesterday,i was enjoying the food i got a nice candy cane ill post a pic later
