Salifert ammonia test kit

My salifert ammonia test kit is telling me I have no ammonia in my qt tank I'm cycling but the seachem badge and api both say something is present. Api is .75 to 1ppm and seachem badge is Grey so it's above the .75ppm that it reads.

Everytime I use the salifert kit I get cloudy result with no color so is it safe to say there's no Ammonia?

What is the expiration date on the test kit? Honestly I would not trust API test kits neither.

Each time I tested it looked a little cloudy wasn't clear that's for sure.
