salifert instructions? help

ive got flat worms! should have used protection when i got drunk the other night and put something where it didnt belong. haha i got flatworms from a frag i picked up a few weeks ago. i found my bottle of flatworm exit that i had from a few years ago but i lost the box and directions. i know i need to siphon as many out as possible first and have carbon ready and water mixed for prolly two water changes. what i need to know is how many drops per gallon?? i think its one but thats why im asking thanks for the help and use protection! lol
