salinity 1.060 bacteria alive?

do bacteria live at 1.060. i am setting up a QT . i have some live rock from my old set up that i let go.. rocks have been at in the holding vat for a year and evaporation has caused the salinity to go to 1.060.. so im not setting up the QT can i use this rock..

bottom line do bacteria that we have in our tank live at 1.060 thanks
