Salinity and Live Rock

Right now my salinity for my FOWLR is 1.023. I want to lower it to 1.019. Will lowering the salinity to 1.019 have any negative impact on the biological filtration of my live rock?

Why? Having a tank at 1.019 serves no useful purpose and even 1.023 is somewhat too low.

It's very common for FOWLR setups to have lower salinity levels then 1.025.
