salt creep on stand

i've noticed some salt creep on my stand in two corners, but nothing feels wet. i've been all over that 58, even from inside the stand, and can't detect a leak or seep. are there any other ways to find a leak, short of tearing the tank down? much thanks

it could be from h20 running down the side of the tank when you put your arms in and out i know thats how mine get there
