Salt Mixing Tub

Any suggestions on a new tub or container to mix salt water. I have been using a Brute for the past year and it has developed a white film that I cant seem to remove. I plan on buying either a new Brute or something else, any suggestions ?

I wasn't sure if the film was related to the problems I've had mixing the past few times, however I think it was a bad batch, bought new salt yesterday and am mixing a new batch today so we'll see.

When I mix a new batch I check salinity with a refractometer. Just mixed up a new batch and what a difference, it was definitely a bad batch of salt that was causing my mixing issues.
