I bought a $29.49 160 gallon bucket of Instant Ocean from Dr. Fosters and Smith using coupon code 24454014 for 5 dollars off. The total was a little less than 35 bucks.

FYI, I was using Oceanic salt mix which is high in trace elements MG, IO etc... but low in PH, and other things.

After much research, a 50%/50% mix of Oceanic and Instant Ocean brings the analysis to an optimum level. I found my PH sticks to 8 to 8.2 much easier (with kalk drip) and my livestock is very lively with full polyp extension as compared to using just Oceanic salt...

i hear the way to go for salt is the new red sea coral pro salt, im torn between that or the hW marinemix with bioelements
