Salt water angel red spots

Hi everyone. I have a 6 year old Koran angel. A couple of weeks ago he got a swollen red eye. I assumed he had gotten stung by an anemone or he had gotten hurt on a rock. A couple of days ago he started developing red spots on his side. He has two spots right now and I really don't know what it is. The swelling in his eye went down but it is still red. Does anyone know what it could be ? He is pretty big so if I need to treat him I would want to do it in the main tank if possible. Any help would be really useful right now. Thank you

I added a pretty large bubble tip anemone so I assumed he got stung by it but that's it

Is there any way you can get a clearer picture? It's difficult to tell in the one you posted, but it looks like there is a pretty large affected area, it's possible it began with a sting but that doesn't look like the culprit right now. I would treat this fish with antibiotics in a hospital tank to prevent further infection.

The eye is completely bloodshot and I can see the red area behind the pectoral fin - but I'm not sure what could have caused this.

I went on the PC, noticed the eye. I wonder if possibly some internal bleeding?

I'd start with a treatment course of Nitrofurican green powder.
