Salt Water Mixing Station

I am selling my home made Salt Water Mixing Station. I made it out of two twenty five gallon water storage tanks and sch80 pvc. It is copied off of all of those guys who have big mixing stations but it is compact for the average reefer. It has a pan world mixing pump, true ball valves, a finex heater for the salt water side to warm the water up before you put it in your tank, and inlet and outlet made of john guess bulkheads for RO/DI water in, and ATO water out to the tank, and it also has the TUNZE ATO system already built in and the monitor and sensors come with. Any questoins let me know, there is alot of money wraped up in this system and i am asking 275.00, local pick up only. Im in Cedar Falls, Iowa 50613.

Inside the salt water tank, the down pipe for mixing, it makes sure you dont get salt setteling on the bottom.

Inside the fresh water tank, the pvc pipe holds 1/4 tubing for the RO/DI in and the ATO out, at the bottom is the Tunze ATO pump.

Is there a link or something that shows how a setup like this works?

Does this setup allow for auto water changes?

Kind of new to this but would like to have a setup like this.

Fill up the tank on the right with RO/DI water. Arrange the ball valves to allow you to pump that water into the tank on the left. Now, re-arrange them to allow the water on the left to circulate. Pour salt in the top and it mixes the salt water. Now arrange the valves again and you can use the same pump to pump water from the attached flexible tube into your sump/tank. Very nice design...you use one pump for everything. ...and has Tunze ATO which are $195 new. This is a bargain.

Great deal...I could really use it but still have to pay for the new 250 gallon that should be in anytime and being out of work I'm on a tight budget.
If you were closer I'd have to try to figure out a way to pay for it.

Well Illosingit i am in the Air National Guard in Saint Joseph missouri and i go there once a month, i drive right through Des Moines. If it intrests you i would be able to drop it off on my way through to drill, the only down part is that its once a month so the days are pretty much set, and i go down late on fridays so it would either have to be late on friday or the afternoon on sunday. Let me know.

I wish I could say yes but I just don't have the money today.
I'm sure you'll sell it before I do.
If by chance you still have it in a couple weeks then we can talk.

It is always RO/DI and when you want to make salt water you pump the RO/DI into the left tank and fill up the right tank with more RO/DI.

I am but now that this update has been installed, all of my subscribed threads i can not access to see if it is still on there and all of my PM's that were read but not deleted are now gone so im trying to figure out this new update. Kinda sucks that i lost everything.

What is the diameter of the water tanks and how much floor space will the system use? Looks to be about 2ft by 4ft.

No i didnt get any new PM's, i have 3 in my inbox and none of them pertain to my selling items which i had a ton to sort through. The dimentions are about 4ft by 2ft by 32inches tall.

I sent a PM and an E-Mail I figured at least one would have made it thru even with the upgrade.

I made you an offer of $225

I checked with the LFS and they didn't get my tank ordered for some reason so it won't be in for another 2-3 weeks giving me more time to raise pay for it.

225 would be to low for me. 275.00 is as low as i would like to go on this. I have alot more money than that wraped up into it. The tanks alone were 100.00 a piece, it has the TUNZE ato which is over 150.00 new and it has sch80 pvc and 6 sch80 ball valves at 15.00 a piece which is 90.00 just in the valves. Sorry but i need to get 275.00 out of it.
