Sand Bed Help!!

Im making my sand bed deeper and i need to know what i should use and how much of it for a 55 gallon. Right now in my tank there is a 22 lb bag of red sea reef base, a 10 lb bag of fiji pink and then a 30 lb bag of arag-alive sugar sized. With all this i get about a 2 inch sand bed, what should i use and how much to achieve at least a 4 inch sand bed in my 55 gallon.

If 62lbs got you to 2 inches I'm gonna guess another 60+ will get you to 4". Also there is a calculator for this on the lower left side of the home page of this site.

I'd add it slowly so you don't suffocate the sand you have now. Their are animals in the sand that are used to being at a certain depth
