Sand Bed

How do i keep my sand bed clean from all this crap on it
my tank is a 55g with rs-75 sump its about 3 months fully cycled now and i have many snails and hermits (about 6 of each) as well as a sand sifting starfish and a goby, my water parameters are:

MG:1400
CA:390
DKH:11.2
S.G.: 1.024
PHOS: you be the judge
Nit: you be the judge

The API phos test is pretty worthless. It's telling you that you have less than .25ppm phos but you should be shooting for .03ppm. Maybe it's my phone but I don't see anything on you sand?

I'm kind of seeing hues of brown and purple, which might be both Diatoms & Cyanobacteria. If this is a new tank then what you seeing is actually quite common. It should go away in time, but this all depends on how good your husbandry is though. GL.
