Hi all - just a quick question. My 12 gallon nano seems to be settling into a nice routine, with one exception.
I have a shallow sand bed (about half an inch), but none of my critters seem overly interested in cleaning it. They do a good job on the rocks and glass, but the sandbed is getting ignored.
I currently have:
1 diadema pseudochromis (miserable little thing, but pretty)
1 false percula clown
1 3-stripe damsel
4 hermit crabs
1 mexican turbo snail
3 astrea snails
1 emerald crab
The tank is too small for a brittle star most likely, and the sandbed is too shallow for a fighting conch, a sandsifting starfish or a cleaner clam.
Does anyone have an suggestions?
Thanks a bunch.
