sand from lowes

Is any of the sand that lowes sale safe for a reef tank.Any help would be appreciated.

i used pool filter sand from lowes. it works great for me. cheap too. it will give you an algea bloom in the first 5 days or so, but if you really sim it well it will go away in a few days. mine did enough to tint the sand, but my skimmer pulled all that phos out and been fine after that.
