i want to know what you guys would prefer is better in a nano. SSB, DSB, or BB? i currently have DSB in a nano. should i take some out until i have SSB, BB, or leav it DSB?

Personally I think DSB is the route to dake on larger tanks, but for smaller ones say 55- I found that DSP can be Diatom central.

Im loving my current DSB, but have always wanted to try barebottom in a super flow SPS tank.

BB advantages are cleanliness, the look of it (personal preference) and less area for bad bacteria to grow. This also means less area for good bacteria to grow.


How deep is your potential DSB going to be?

i have a DSB right now and its at 3 inches and its in a nano tank (AP12).
