Santa made an early stop with a Euro-reef skimmer on his sleigh

I think I have gone off the deep end as far as equipment goes. This skimmer was purchased for a future planned tank. I hope you all enjoy the eye candy. These are some of the first photos of the redesigned RC1000 skimmer.

I decided to go a different route. I still feel the GEO equipment is outstanding. This unit just ended up working out better for me.

The manufacturer stated operating wattage is only 200 watts. I have heaters that should pull more than that

As far as the upgrade goes I am not 100% sure yet. We should start looking for land and home plans this spring. I am planning to build something at a bare minimum of 72x36x28 in a peninsula style. If I can go 96" or more I will try for it
