Sapphire Skimmer BC29

Hi All,

Just got my Sapphire Skimmer for the BC 29. I only had half of my Bio Balls in the second chamber - figuring I could still use some after getting the skimmer. Is it safe to take them out since I have no room? The tank has been setup for approximately 30 days.

BTW: there is about 30 lbs of live rock and 20 lbs live sand....

If you're doing a reef setup there should be no bioballs at all.

frommzie........ I own the Sapphire skimmer and it is doing great in my BC29! I agree with Inflames, definately ditch the bioballs!

so this is a thumbs up on the saphire skimmer, i was looking at a nc24 for mine. any other reviews??
