Sargassum Trigger

I just put a Sargassum Trigger in my 75 with a Scribbled Rabbit, Blue Velvet Damsel, and Diadem Dottyback. I must say that the trigger has the best personality of any fish I've ever seen. from the moment he was tossed into the tank, he felt completely at home and didn't bother anything.

The Rabbit was a bit freaked out at first. He just followed the trigger everywhere he went. They seem to hang out together and neither one has made a threatening move.

I bought mine from LiveAquaria.com and it was half the price of most websites and LFS. A beautiful fish with a great disposition. If I could post a picture on here I would. I'm not sure this site is Mac friendly.

I bought a sargassum trigger, and you're right on the personality department -- most unique fish, personality wise, I have ever seen.

Sadly, he died about a month later. He's been my own fish death not related to jumping, and I still miss him.

Treat him right, they seem like smart fish.

Mine liked to rip my xenia heads off.. but it never ate them, just ripped and spit it out. He left my clams, SPS, and LPS a lone -- just xenia.

Also left my cleaner shrimp a lone.
