I don't know how much good this posting will do; either you came to this forum with love or hate, however, I have to post how satisfied I am with MD. An order placed a few weeks ago was shipped with the big unit (an RO/DI unit) on back order. When I got the email informing me of this, I was a little irritated, but not upset. The order for the remaining stuff was shipped promptly which I appreciated; but the next day, the RO unit was shipped and I received it within two days. LOVE IT!!

You really can't beat the customer service of MD.

I love their catalog.

I love their site.

And as long as their pricing is competative, I'll be a customer.
