Saving current light schedule - repost

I have asked this once before.....
How do I save my current lighting schedule? I know how it should save.... go to schedule options and then export schedule.... but mine is grayed out and does not react in any way. When I posted this question before I was told to download Google Chrome and use it and that it would fix that problem.
I finally got around to doing just that and it still does not react and save.... it's still grayed out. I really don't want to lose my current program and would reall like to save it to my computer.
Any help would be great....

You should be able to export your graph in the manner you mentioned. You might want to try clearing your browser cache then logout and login to EcoSmart Live. If it still doesn't work, please give our Customer Service department a call and we can see what is going on.

I tried it and still no luck saving my current schedule. I cleared everything out of both Firefox and Chrome, shut down connection manager and restarted it and still no good. I guess a call to your tech support is going to be the solution. Let me know the best time to call and who to ask for.
