OLDGUY-OG
Hello,
I just recently moved out of my 46 gal. to a 90 gal. and for the first month everything seemed fine. I used the sand, the rock, and the water. Lately I have been battling red algae and losing fish. It's not so much the fish that I already lost, it's the fish I still stand to lose. My blue tang seems a little weird but my sailfin tang's scales are all distorted and look as though he is really sick. I tested my water and took water to the local shop and there was not any issue with water quality. Could I have sacrificed biology fighting the red algae? Is my tank perhaps going through another cycle? In other words, am I experiencing a new tank all over again? Thanks for the advice.
