Scarlet hermit crabs for sale

Do you guys really believe an established tank cant be taken down and put back up in the same day without having a cycle? If not, I would definitely be reading as much as I possibly can to find out more about this hobby. As it is very easy to do.

It is possbile, IF you are an experienced hobbyist. That's my input, a newby should not attempt it. Look I don't know you, I've never met you, but if you don't want to be in this club why do you always come and check out our threads. Who cares if someone DOES say something about you(I[m not saying that they did) , do you feel you have to defend yourself against the world? I know people talk about me, and you know what I do, I seperate myself from those people not check out their threads daily. Just some advice, don't take it the wrong way, because as I said I don't know you, but it seems to me like you feel you have to prove something to someone, you don't.

Never have you been dishonest with me. Never. I do have a problem with Ron. I never meant to implicate you with him, but I have been treated rudely every time I have been in the shop since the big split and I don't appreciate it one iota. He is in very little danger of being a good guy and I am truly sorry that you are mixed up in this.

You didn't ban me from a forum and repeatedly refuse to take responsibility, but someone did, and he certainly knows who.

You didn't refuse to sell me a fish that "sick" because you wanted to take it home and put it in your own tank. Deny the fish ever existed, and then get loud with me when I pressed you on the issue.

You didn't refuse to answer me when I asked to buy salt, corals, etc.

None of these things YOU did. These are things Ron did, and I want it to be perfectly clear that I have no problems with you. I also have no interest in allowing people to think he is the end all and be all of reef shop employees when there are more shops with more reliable and honest people. Everything he has done for the hobby he has also made sure to erect a billboard and get his due praise for it. What a guy.

Thanks for clearing this up. Whatever the problems you have with him should be taken care of between you two. I would think they may be handled best in communication of what you feel with him. I am not here to advocate for anyone I am here to not let my name be dragged into something that does not involve me. I think he has done more than just create a billboard but that is a matter of opinion and to each their own.

That's what should have happened in this thread. srberry should have contacted cdbias2 directly and not drag everyone to the drama.

But hey, at least someway, somehow we know now that an srberry exists and she now needs help from the more experienced ones.

Just to let you know. I have been here longer than almost all. I have worked very hard in this area to promote this hobby. If it were not for the issues a while back on another thread I would have came to the meet but I did not feel like I would have been welcomed at the venue.

I am glad you dont take what people say personally but I do and will not let it go without standing up for myself.

I think I can speak for everyone when I say anyone who wants to help this hobby can come to the meetings, if you want to do that, you are always welcome.

We certainly have faults, but I think this club has the humility to realize that anyone who wants to show up and offer their experience is welcome. Equally. Nobody is more equal than others.

I hope you do come to the next meeting. I had considered coming to the next frag swap that CVRC is having, but . . . it's easy to forget (and I wish it were easier) why I have avoided certain situations for a while.

At this point it's not a point of unsubscribing. it's the point that this has come down to the same thing that has happened now repeatedly when any body has said done or made any effor to add to the community that didn't fit with the set establishment. I've seen it happen personally two times now and heard about the third and am now witnessing the fourth. Don't worry about my paying/not paying attentions soon as the systems I have are sold off to my liking i'm off. I just want to make sure that I manage to sell my things for what they are at this point.

It will be an aggressive tank. There is alot of rock so the small ones can hide. I don't want alot of fish just have 2 major ones in mind and I might not get the lionfish I like puffers more. I have 2 in my 55g Cichlid tank.

For all that missed my last post, here it is:

This tank sale was not posted on RC. These were advertised in our local trader. She publicly brought this here and I think she had help doing so. It was her first post and she had no way of knowing my screen name so don't act so innocent.
I didn't sale her coral or crabs. I sold her rock and a tank. I sold no equipment other than an acrylic sump. No plumbing or hoses were included except the hoses from the overflow. No pumps or power-heads.
I gave her 3 different sets of very old PC lighting.
A dual overflow box
2 skimmers without pumps
Sand
Some Crabs

I gave her this stuff because I had no intention of selling it all together. I placed two adds in the local trader. One for the rock and one for the tank, stand, & sump. She wanted it all so I threw in some things to limp her by. I told her they were to just to get her by. I new she would need major help from a LFS. She said she had ordered a light for a FO tank and wouldn't be planning to keep the coral alive anyway. She told me she was going to have a shark tank and really didn't want the rock. She only bought it because I said I had to sell it before I could sell the tank.

If you all haven't seen the contract then you really don't know jack.

I happen to like that LFS. My point about LFS is that they will all tell you that the last guy didn't know what he was doing, etc. The dishonesty started on your clubs public web site. Diego rescued that coral from her not from me and he started a deliberate attack against me, and you, as a moderator, let him.

Our club does not dislike you, but if you continue to jump in and take up for a certain someone, then you will get what he deserves.

I'd really like to drop this. I think she's in agreement. Thank goodness I thought to get this deal in writing.

Just to make it plain and clear the first response dealing with this was wrote to CDBIAS2 in a response to an ad for the crabs so I did think I was writing him and didn't think it was blasting it to everyone if you check when it originated. It was supposed to be to him. anyway it's done and maybe we can move on.

First off I never told you I had ordered lighting. You said the lights that you had up were very expensive about a thousand dollars a piece but that you had old lights that came with the tank when you bought it and that they would be fine for the yellow corals in the tank because they were hardy and didn't need that much lighting. Which has proved to be true. NONE of the coral has died. NONE of anything died.

Secondly I never told you I was going to have a shark tank and really don't know where you pulled that one from. I have always said I wanted 2 main fish which is the Lion fish and the striped dog face puffer. Don't know where the shark came from.

Third I guess the "Diego" you talk about is Ron. I don't know anything about any RESCUED corals. I gave some coral to the other store. I really had too many I needed to clear out some of the bottom of the tank and I didn't need all of it. I gave some to my friend and the rest to the store I knew they would keep them alive and take good care of them. I really don't see that as a rescue mission

Forth like I have said previously I don't know the beef you and Ron have and really don't care to know. NOONE at the store has every told me wrong or pressured me to buy anything. I have dealt with them for many years buying fish and supplies, my 2 bearded dragons, and some mice. If anything they have undercharged me and been very helpful. I don't understand why if you say you knew I would need help that you seem so upset as to where I received it from you knew I lived in Nitro and you knew ahead of time where I shopped. I'm not trying to sound Calais like I don't have a heart but what ever happened between you and the other guys is exactly that "between ya'll" and I don't see why you expect others to not like them. I wasn't done wrong by them.

True he didn't send me here. I seen the ad. you know if you google for red legged scarlet crabs it comes up but then it didn't take a rocket science or a "fool" to figure out the cdbias i mean it's not a common name it had you in alum creek wv this wasn't too hard to figure out even for a "fool"
