Science Center trip today!

This was our club's first involvement with a water change. I would have to say both ladies were very nice and very open to a lot of ideas. Should be interesting to see how this tank will end up looking. Next time we go I will get a FTS so we can do a before and after.

It was a good time. I think we have the green light to put some different lights, canopy and corals in this tank. Looking forward to transforming it into a FOWLR tank with some corals that Hootie doesn't eat

I enjoyed myself and i hope we can make this tank in to something really nice. We are working on organizing where to take donations to.

It was great meeting Susan and Suzanne. This tank has the potential to be a great exhibit for all the that visit the Science Center.

I can be a collection point for donated items on the IL side.

I have the lights sitting in my closet at home, just tell me to whom and where they go and I can make arrangements today.

I can't wait till they receive all of our donations. I'm so happy we can help teach them proper techniques and help those fish to start looking better!

How close do you get to the Manchester 270 area?

you've got Vspeck to the North as an option.
I can take stuff around the West County area and South.
Nook is in the South
and Jbarone is east / northeast

I am trying to confirm what shops.

The water change went well. Thanks to those who showed up to help. Sounds like we have some incentives to help that the Science Center has to offer as well. I will try and update everyone tonight with another thread. I will be confirming the next couple visits with Suzanne soon. Tentatively scheduled for Thursday the 19th in the afternoon 4:45 PM and Saturday the 28th in the morning 8 - 10.

The 19th sounds like I will be able to make it, I have some power heads and such to throw in.
