Heres mine right out of the trans-ship bag from the lfs. Picked it up in july/07. Kind of bleached out. I thought I had a more recent shot but I'll get one. Its doing really well and growing about 5" now. The colors have come back strong also.

This one of mine has to be ten inches across.

Here's mine eating. It got damaged being too close to an Acan (dduuuhh) so I put it up high in my tank and it's gotten redder and is quickly healing.

I bought a really cute little one that was very toothy with no inflation what soever. I've slowly been bringing it back to good health and it went from orange to hot pink. I absolutely love it and can see that the bug has bitten.

How often do you feed yours everyone? I try and feed mine a few times a week with my other LPS but it's tough keeping the fish and shrimp off of it until he gets the food in.

mrbncal, I think yours is another one of those "Cynalomias" like me and sufunk have. They get imported and labeled as Scolymia but they are actually Cynarinas. Regardless of what their proper ID is, they are awesome. I like the orange.

Thats a good name for it. I was reading this post the other day and saw that reference and then saw one with similar physical traits as mine on liveaquaria labled as cynarina. When I started in this hobby these were always labled scolymia. Kind of stuck I guess. Heres teh LA link:

I also have a green scoly and a orange scoly that I got a great deal on from the LFS here. They have been eating and I have noticed both expanding regularly. Starting to color back up and regrowing over teh old skeleton. Sorry for teh poor image quality, its actually a nice orange color. The green one has a long way to go, but its coming around.
