"Scolymia" pics....LETS SEE EM!!!!!!!

Thanks. The one to the right of the pic above is actually more of a purple and orange. My camera isn't the best so it picks up a lot of blue and the orange looks red. The pics haven't been altered at all-- straight from the camera. It's strange to me that both of these were about half the price of the orange and dark green ones I've seen. I actually think these guys are a little more interesting. Here's a pic of the two side by side:

I spend a lot of $$ there so they are nice to me. Great place to visit if you live in the Denver area. Looks like they even still have the pic of the my purple one there. I have had two scolys for about three months. I got a bug two weeks ago now I have nine in my tank and five or six (not sure) in the mail as we speak. I got most under $150 but the ones I have coming cost me a little more.
Seapug have you tried Dustin @ www.Zoanuts.com or Randy O @ areefcreation.com. That is where most of mine come from.

Yeah, $150 is about the most I'll spend for any piece of coral even when I'm on a "bender" for a particular species. I've checked out both those sites and they have nice stuff, but I like seeing things in person, picking it out, and taking it directly home and tossing it in. Mailorder gives me too much anxiety. Plus, paying an additional $40 for shipping sucks.

Ya I know what you mean. Zoanut ships for free and both will email you several picks of what ever you want. I have them take picks with several corals in it so I can make sure they don't emphsize one color. I have ordered several times from both of them and never had a problem. Here in Omaha Nebraska we don't have LFS that have the b@!!$ to order these specimens. So I wait and usually don't sleep well on shipping night.
