I have had this scooter blenny now for 18 weeks and has done very well, he eats myriss shrimp and has been doing very good, but i added a half moon agnell and a strawberry baslet to the tank about 4 weeks ago. i drop food in one corner of the tank to occupy the other fish whille i use a very long sea squirt to feed my scooter, which has allways worked but now the other fish ingore the food i put in one corner of the tank and head straight for the scooter's food which i allways putt right in fonrt of him. now my scooter is very thin and looks very bad and i think it is because now he is not getting enough food.
so here is what i did, i went out and got one of those breeder contains, hung it inside the tank, placed the scooter bleeny inside and put a very nice portion of shrimp in it. This way the other fish can't get to eatit and he has a chance to get something to eat. i know this is going to cause problems with pollutates in the water but i will deal with that. This is my first fish that i ever had and love the bloke very much. Is there any thing else that i can do or do you think it may be to late to help.
ps. my also loves this fish very much and when i told her tonight that i did not think he was going to make it see started to cry.
thanks once again for any help that you can give
