Scooter Blenny needs a good home

Well, I received a scooter blenny (Bill) from a source about a month ago (I'm being purposely vague). That source made it sound like the scooter blenny is easy to take care of in terms of feeding.

AFTER I received Bill, I realized that they are special feeders who are probably most healthy with a lot of live rock and pods.

I've had him for a month in a 34 gallon nano, and he actually looks better than when I received him. However, the price I have to pay is spending lots of time syringe-feeding him mysis shrimp once a day.

Even if I can keep him alive, I think he'll do well in a big, pod-infested tank. He readily eats from the syringe and, in fact, nips at my fingers when they are in the tank. He paces back and forth on the front glass whenever he sees me- he is very, very personable.

He is the plainer light brown kind, but has red in his tail and blue highlights under my lights.

He's free to a good home.

Please, I'm only looking for inquiries from hobbyists who are more informed about taking care of these guys then I was :)

Just PM me if you are interested- I'm in Littleton.

Hey Dave Bill has already settled in had a lil tiff with my yellow watchmen goby. But Now i think they are good . Its funny though he has only investigated half the tank I think he is like holy crap there is surppose to be a glass window Rite here!!!!

Brian,

Thanks for the update!

Your tank must seem like the Pacific Ocean compared to my tank!

I hope your tank does really well, and that you get a great skimmer.

Also, I'm sure that gigantic frag will grow really well..
