Scopas Tang

I bought a Scopas tang at a reef store yesterday. It looked like a very healthy fish, and did well in bag. I acclimated it fo 30 min. then used a net to place it in the tank. All this time it has been on the bottom behind a rock in the back of the tank. Is this normal for a newly added fish. If anyone knows please comment

I would wait few hours if hes not swimming around there might be somthing wrong. Is there any other tangs in the tank? tangs tend to fight if you dont add them at the same time or have a large enough tank to house both

Offer him some of those frozen cubed goodies...mine loves them. A real chow lover of a fish..don't know if all are like that though. HTHs.
