So I've recently added a mccosker flasher and plan to soon add a firefish pair, and a scotts fairy wrasse or an exquisite wrasse. I have heard that scotts can be aggressive. any confirmation on this? liveaquaria and others say peaceful. i knew about sixlines. scotts are just as bad?

I recently had a scotts fairy wrasse (had him for about 8 months). I got rid of him earlier this week because he was showing a bit of aggression towards my flame wrasse. It was not extreme aggression, but I did not want it to go any further.

Scotts definitely are more prone to aggression than any of the other fairy wrasses.

I recently added a small (3 inch) exquisite fairy wrasse to my tank and so far he has been a model citizen. He has exhibited no nipping at any of my meaty lps, has shown no aggression towards my other wrasses (flame, tri color/solon, and cleaner) nor any of my anthias.

He took two days while in qt to start eating but now voraciously eats flake, nori, and frozen. He is a very nice addition and is coloring up nicely.
